All tutors undergo enhanced DBS checks. For in-person sessions, we follow strict safeguarding protocols including parent-approved meeting locations and regular quality assurance observations.
What is your cancellation policy?
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled with 24 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations with less notice incur a 50% fee to compensate our tutors' preparation time.
